VIRTUAL FACILITATION

Virtual meetings are very different from live meetings. From one-on-one meetings to larger virtual meetings, learn tips and tricks to optimize the virtual environment and engage your audiences.

We will discuss different audience sizes, various tools used to engage participants, and the optimal way for you to present yourself. Each workshop is live with up to 50 people, and there will be ample time to ask questions and help you leave with skills and ideas you can immediately apply to your daily work.

• (minimum of 2 participants required to conduct a class)

• 60-90 minute virtual classroom, delivered by a professional facilitator (synchronous event)
• Mandatory practice (on your own time) that requires uploading a video of your practice session
• Note: The practice content can be your own, or
  a sample will be provided in the class that is not company-industry specific
• Peer evaluation of practice upload using
  structured rubric
• Individual coaching/feedback by professional
  facilitator of all practice uploads
• Quantitative and qualitative feedback reports
