HOW IT WORKS
- 60-90 minute virtual classroom, delivered by a professional facilitator (synchronous event)
- Mandatory practice (on your own time) that requires uploading a video of your practice session
- Note: The practice content can be your own, or
a sample will be provided in the class that is not company-industry specific - Peer evaluation of practice upload using
structured rubric - Individual coaching/feedback by professional
facilitator of all practice uploads - Quantitative and qualitative feedback reports
