Facilitation is about bobbing and weaving, quickly assessing the individual and group dynamics and guiding the entire make-up of each, individual, unique class make-up and personality. This workshop will hone in on the skills of active listening, responding to cues, actively seeking out information from their environment, and many other tried-and—true improvisation techniques.

HOW IT WORKS

  • 60-90 minute virtual classroom, delivered by a professional facilitator (synchronous event)
  • Mandatory practice (on your own time) that requires uploading a video of your practice session
  • Note: The practice content can be your own, or
    a sample will be provided in the class that is not company-industry specific
  • Peer evaluation of practice upload using
    structured rubric
  • Individual coaching/feedback by professional
    facilitator of all practice uploads
