COACHING AND FEEDBACK IN CLASSROOM

COACHING AND FEEDBACK IN THE CLASSROOM

Providing coaching and feedback in a classroom environment, filled with a unique blend of people, is very different than the one-on-one coaching strategies that are in traditional leadership development programs. This workshop will provide insights into specific audience types and how they influence and impact the larger workshop team… the methods facilitators can use to coach, guide or redirect an audience member while staying on track with the meeting or learning and achieving the workshop objectives with ALL participants. After learning strategies, workshop participants will respond to specific scenarios.
